If you are ready to get started there are 2 forms we need faxed, emailed or mailed to us - the Information Needed Form and the Service Contract (see below to download). Once we receive these we will complete the EDI paperwork (usually needed for Medicare, Medicare DMERC, Railroad Medicare, Medicaid and sometimes Blue Shield). We will inform your office once approval is received and we can begin submitting claims. We look forward to working with you and showing you what we can do for your practice!
